SCL Health Continues Growing With Families in Brighton

This week, SCL Health’s Platte Valley Medical Group - Brighton Family Medicine relocates to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility at 217 N. 50th Avenue in Brighton, CO. With four new providers and the addition of internal medicine slated for the practice, the larger space offers more parking and plenty of room to grow. 

“We’re proud to play a part in improving the health of our communities and ensuring easy access to high-quality care, close to home,” said Christopher Awtrey, MD, Chief Medical Officer of SCL Health Medical Group. “This new space allows us to make that even easier for more families in Brighton and the surrounding area.”

Like all SCL Health Medical Group clinics, the new Brighton space will offer check-in kiosks and a modern design with flat-screen monitors and recliners in every exam room. More importantly, the clinic offers wraparound connection between patient and provider through video visits and e-visits, which allow patients to enter their symptoms into an online form and upload photos - a provider gets back to them with recommendations within two hours.

Bringing Brighton Family Medicine to a new home is one more step in SCL Health’s ongoing mission to deliver quality, convenience, accessibility and value to patients.
