As one of the fastest developing cities in Colorado, the northern area of Commerce City -- Reunion -- seems to continually be in need of more obstetricians and gynecologists to serve the growing population. Platte Valley Medical Center is excited to announce its newest OB/GYN, Dr. Esther Min, who is joining Harmony Women’s Health Center in Reunion next to King Soopers off 105th and Chambers Road.
Focusing on both Gynecology and Obstetrics, Dr. Min cares for women of all ages and stages of life. In addition to supporting general women’s health issues, she offers fertility management, low and high-risk prenatal care, minimally invasive surgeries and hormone replacement therapy. She also treats fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Dr. Min believes in taking extra care to ensure her patients’ needs and opinions are considered during their treatment. “I believe in treating my patients the way I would want myself and my family to be treated.”
Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she was awarded both the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine Resident Award and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award. She received her medical degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine and performed her residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore before joining the team at Harmony Women’s Health Center.
When she is not working at the office or delivering babies at Platte Valley Medical Center, Dr. Min is often out running or hiking nearby. She enjoys traveling, camping and exploring new music.
“I like the welcoming atmosphere of the community,” says Dr. Min, “and hope to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to the many women who live here.”
