When you first arrive at St. Vincent Healthcare, stop at the registration desk at the main entrance off 12th Avenue North. Admitting clerks will request basic information such as insurance coverage, family members and beneficiaries.
When you are admitted to St. Vincent Healthcare, please bring:
Please do not bring valuables such as jewelry, credit cards and cash. If you do, they will be stored in a safe for safekeeping. Do not bring pocket knives or weapons.
Due to COVID-19, we have visitor restrictions in place.
Guest Services is located in the Fortin Lobby just off North 30th Street. Our representatives can answer questions, provide stamps and change, make reservations, and help with services such as notary, copies and faxes, local events, dog visitation and more. Call 406-237-3399 or stop by during our business hours: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. You may also email the team.

They also can provide important information for you and your family about advance care planning, patient rights, ethical decision support and interpreters. Ask a member of your care team to connect you with a patient advocate.
