Ty Elkin is the Executive Director of the St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation. Ty joined the Foundation team in February of 2019, following a 21 year career at Yellowstone Bank, in Billings, Montana. He was an integral part of the growth of the bank and served as its president since late 2012. He was a past president of the Big Sky Economic Development Authority, and represented the bank in many community and civic endeavors. Ty grew up in Red Lodge, Montana, and graduated from Montana State University - Billings in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration, and the Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking at the University of Washington in 2006.
Along with his duties as the foundation executive director, Ty is also a member of St. Vincent Healthcare's senior leadership team. He and his wife Heather are active cross-fitters and sports enthusiasts, and have two college age children.
Heather Bergeson is the Director of Special Events for the St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation. She is a graduate of Montana State University, earning her bachelor's degree in business finance.
With the majority of her career involving non-profit work, Heather specializes in event coordination and execution, donor stewardship, and volunteer management. Heather, along with her husband Robb, enjoys watching their two children play sports, hiking in the rims, golfing, skiing and spending time at Flathead Lake.
Judi Mackney is the Donor Database Specialist for the St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation. She came to the Foundation in May 2012 with 10 plus years of experience in the non-profit field and data entry work.
She graduated from the University of Mary in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in business. Judi maintains the donor database, Foundation website and is very involved with the Grateful Patient program for St. Vincent Healthcare.
Judi is very much about her family; she and her husband Scott have a very active 3-year-old and she also has two adult children who all keep her very busy when she is not working.
Nichole Miles is the Senior Director of Legacy Giving at the Foundation. With a bachelor’s degree in education, her passion for children pairs nicely with her lead role in pediatrics fundraising. Before joining the Foundation, she worked in the corporate sector as Director of Sales and Marketing and General Manager for Hilton Garden Inn brand.
Nichole is new to the non-profit sector, but her past experience, paired with a strong professional network and community service will aid in her duties of major gifts, project management, and direct mail marketing. A Montana native, she has a strong passion for improving the region’s medical corridor to support healing close to home. In her free time, Nichole enjoys golf and snow skiing. She is happiest when spending time with her husband and kids.
Molly Schwend is the Director of Development and Planned Giving for the St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation. Additionally, Molly manages the Foundation's scholarship programs and serves as the Foundation’s liaison for auxiliaries including PEAKS, The Eva Project, Kohls Cares, and the St. Vincent Healthcare Volunteer Board.
Molly was born at St. Vincent Healthcare and has lived the majority of her life in South Eastern Montana. Graduating from Montana Tech, Molly earned her degree in engineering. After working as an engineer for 9 years, she moved into the Public Affairs and Community Relations role. There she was introduced to many of the philanthropic organizations in and around the Billings Community, and has built a vibrant professional network.
Molly has found her true passion in helping others and bettering her community. Molly lives in Laurel with her husband Robb and their three children; they enjoy the various activities their children participate in and spend many summer weekends camping and hiking.
Megan Stovall joined the St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation in 2015 as their Senior Advisor for Campaigns. Megan is a Billings, MT native and was born at St. Vincent Hospital in the early 80s. This connected her to the St. Vincent Healthcare Mission from day one.
Megan received her bachelor’s degree in business marketing and finance from Montana State University. After college she moved to Washington D.C. to try her hand in Politics. After three years, the pull of the “Montana Way of Life” enticed her back to her home and family. She spent six years as a successful commercial banker, working for US Bank in Billings, MT. She loved the business world, but something was missing.
Megan found her calling at the St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation working to raise money to support their mission. Megan helps St. Vincent Healthcare’s Friends to support the greatest needs of the hospital by facilitating major gifts to the organization.
Kim Tripp is the Development Coordinator for the St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation. Kim recently celebrated her 17th year at St. Vincent Healthcare and actually joined the Foundation on her anniversary date. She graduated with a degree in Healthcare Administration from Montana State University – Billings in 2014.
When she is not working, Kim and her husband Jon enjoy spending time together and with their children. As parents to a college freshman, a high school junior, and a 6th grader, Jon and Kim stay busy watching their activities including dance, cross country, gymnastics, and pole vaulting. Kim has a heart and a passion for non-profit work and is enjoying her new role at the Foundation.
