St. Mary's Family Medicine Center has been recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This means we are committed to providing the most effective care for families and our community. Our goal is to get to know you and your family and provide the care you need where you need it – in our clinic, the hospital, nursing home, and even in your home. We can give you the best care when you share your complete medical history, including care you have received outside our office. We are here to coordinate all of your care needs: visits to specialists, lab tests, x-rays, medicines, and your health goals.
Our Family Medicine physicians provide care for all people of all ages and health conditions, including newborns, children, pregnant women and adults.
