SCL Health reports our hospitals’ performance in key areas that are most important to consumers, such as:

Communicating a concern

If you have a concern about patient safety and quality of care, please notify your caregiver or any member of the hospital’s management team. If you need immediate assistance after business hours, please contact the hospital operator, who will connect you to the hospital nursing supervisor. Please work with your hospital first to resolve your concerns.
SCL Health hospitals are accredited by The Joint Commission. If your concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you may contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints by calling 800-994-6610 or e-mailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
