Scott is the Director of Major Gifts for Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation. He has over 15 years of experience working in a variety of roles for higher-education and non-profit organizations, including major gift fundraising, board development, volunteer management, annual giving and special events. He most recently held a development role with the Colorado State University System in Denver. Before relocating to Colorado in 2015, he lived in Chicago where he fundraised for the University of Chicago and some of the city's leading civic institutions. Scott has a degree in Public Affairs Management from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs, with a focus on Nonprofit Administration. He lives in the University neighborhood with his wife and young daughter, who was born at Saint Joseph Hospital.
Lisa Alecci has spent most of her career working in the medical field. Whether in a sales and marketing role in a medical device corporation or in fundraising for hospitals, she has positively impacted patients’ lives in the ever-changing world of healthcare. Lisa is currently the Foundation’s Director of Development. She has also served in leadership roles in Boston at ZOLL Medical Corporation, Brooks School, Lowell General Hospital and Hewlett-Packard. Lisa is a Colorado native, recently relocated back to Denver and is married to Steve Hartel. They have three daughters, identical twins Natalie and Caroline and their older sister Lauren.Lisa.Alecci@sclhs.net
Cristina Gonzales is the Development Manager for the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation. Born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, Cristina moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver as a Boettcher Scholar where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Non-Profit Management and Museum Studies. She brings with her a diverse fundraising background, having worked in development for both private and government non-profit organizations including History Colorado, The Latino Chamber of Commerce of Pueblo, Inc. and Museo de las Americas. Her experience and expertise help her manage development operations for the Foundation, including annual giving, special events, donor stewardship and relationship development.
Cristina lives and enjoys life in downtown Denver and is active in the arts community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for DU Art at the University of Denver, as well as CultureHaus at the Denver Art Museum.
Chellie Panzera is the Executive Assistant for the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and Megan Mahncke, Chief Development Officer for SCL Health. Chellie has served in a variety of administration support positions in Colorado, California and Utah including finance, law and healthcare. She is married to John and they have been in Colorado for the past eleven years.
Sister Renee Washut is the Humanitarian Fund Administrator at the Foundation. The fund provides no interest loans to our associates at a time of crisis. Sister celebrated her 50th Jubilee as a Sister of Charity of Leavenworth in 2014. Prior to coming to Saint Joseph Sister was an administrator of low income senior housing for Archdiocesan Housing for twelve years having opened Higgins Plaza in 1990 and from 2000- 2002 served at Holy Family Plaza. Sister was a teacher and administrator at Catholic High Schools in Montana, Kansas, and Missouri for 23 years. A secondary volunteer ministry here at Saint Joseph is the Monday afternoon Cookie Project where she bakes cookies for the associates as a morale booster!
