Our best practices reduce the time we take treating patients during the critical early stages of a heart attack. Our care standards keep you from being sent home too early or needlessly admitted to our hospital.

Cardiac Cath Lab
Our Cardiac Cath Lab has the highest quality equipment and digital technology. Our doctors can diagnose your condition quickly and accurately, using the precise heart images created in our lab. For example, during your exam, your doctor is able to immediately see if there are artery blockages. They can then determine to what extent heart disease may or may not be present.
Once this disease state is determine, your cardiologist is able to establish a plan of action. If you have mild to moderate heart disease, you will have a medical treatment. If you're diagnosed with a significant disease, you may need a inteventional procedure. These procedures could include balloon angioplasty, coronary stent or heart surgery.

Our Cardiac Support Group which meets the second Thursday of each month. It provides a respectful forum to discuss the challenges your illness has presented. The meeting agendas include guest speakers, new information on treatments, medicines, and prognoses.
Virtual follow-up
Most people want to go home after surgery. We understand. We know the best healing takes place when you can receive care from the comfort of your couch.
We started piloting virtual follow-up appointments at some of our locations in 2015. These appointments allow you to have your routine post-surgery follow-up exam in as little as 15 minutes. And you don't have to take a step outside your home. Our virtual care offering allows you to meet with one of our cardiology experts using HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. You care use your smartphone, tablet or computer.

We offer advanced technology to keep your heart and circulatory system healthy. This includes many procedures that avoid the need for an operation when possible.
When an operation is necessary, we are proud to partner with Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. Saint Joseph ranks as one of the top programs in the region and among the top 1 to 3 percent in the nation for outcomes.
If you need care better provided at Saint Joseph, we will work with you to transfer you to the regional heart center for advanced treatments.
