Platte Valley Medical Center's previous portal, MyHealth
On June 1, 2017, Platte Valley Medical Center moved to a new Electronic Medical Records system and patient portal. This new portal, called MyChart, is completely separate from our previous portal.
We’re excited to join MyChart and Epic, the world’s largest Electronic Medical Records system. Our partnership with SCL Health allows us to make this move. We can now bring your medical care to a level of connectedness we’ve never been able to achieve before.
If you have received care at Platte Valley Medical Center over the last few years, you will have multiple portals.
To access health records through May 31, 2017, visit this link.
For dates of service on or after June 1, 2017, visit this MyChart link.
Download your copy of our Frequently Asked Questions today for more details around these two portals.
If you would like to enroll in the patient portal, you may enroll in person. Step by the Health Information Management / Medical Records Department window, located on the first floor of the hospital. They are open Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
