COVID-19 Vaccination in Colorado

Updated 1/22/21

In Colorado, we are continuing to vaccinate our associates, providers, first responders, aligned and affiliated healthcare providers and their staff, as well as individuals aged 70 and older, consistent with current state vaccine eligibility criteria. The number of people who can be vaccinated will depend on the amount of vaccine available.

In Western Colorado, we are working in partnership with Mesa County on vaccinating eligible individuals, including the 70+ population.

We are pleased to have received an enthusiastic response from individuals aged 70 and older who wish to be vaccinated, and we are working to accommodate those requests through appointments as quickly as we can. An appointment is required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Consistent with our mission to improve the health of the people and communities we serve, especially underserved and vulnerable populations, SCL Health is actively working on strategies to remove barriers for vaccination in the 70+ population, including transportation and mobility challenges. To date we have connected with more than a dozen community partners to identify high risk community members aged 70 or older.

SCL Health Patients

We are in the process of notifying SCL Health patients who are eligible for vaccination based on Colorado and Montana guidelines. Patients who are eligible for vaccination have two options for scheduling:

  • Patients can self-schedule for vaccination through their MyChart account. If you do not find an available appointment right away, please continue to check back.
  • Patients may also fill out the form in the link below to be notified when a vaccine appointment is available.

NOTE: If you are an SCL Health patient, we recommend updating your contact information in MyChart, including your home address and email address, to ensure you receive updates about vaccination availability.

Community Members (who are not SCL Health patients)

If you are not an SCL Health patient, you may enter your information in the form below to be notified when an appointment is available for you. Appointments will only be available for individuals who are eligible for vaccination based on state guidelines, and outreach will be randomized and equitable.

The number of appointments available will depend on the amount of vaccine we receive, and it may take several weeks to work through each phase of vaccination eligibility. Vaccine supply is managed by our partners at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, and we are in constant communication with them to understand how much vaccine we can anticipate each week, and open up vaccination appointments accordingly. We appreciate your patience as we work to schedule individuals as quickly as possible.
