When you’re ready to leave the hospital, the last thing you want to do is drive to a pharmacy and wait in line. We offer inpatient, outpatient and specialty pharmacy services with extended hours for your convenience.

Our pharmacists will also take the time to make sure you understand what you are being prescribed and offer you education and support to manage your medications and avoid potential complications.

Inpatient pharmacy

Our inpatient pharmacy employs the latest in automated and robotic technologies to ensure that safe and accurate medications are delivered to patients throughout their hospital stay. Our pharmacists and certified staff members work directly with physicians and nurses to optimize drug therapy for every patient.

Outpatient pharmacy

When you’re ready to leave the hospital, the last thing you want to do is drive to a pharmacy and wait in line. Our pharmacies are fast, friendly and affordable. We offer extended hours, well-stocked medications and a variety of pharmacy services to meet your needs.

Our pharmacists will also take the time to make sure you understand what you are being prescribed and offer you education and support to manage your medications and avoid potential complications. We will coordinate all your prescription needs including specialty medications. Our pharmacy team helps patients afford their medications through patient financial assistance and copay assistance when available.

Our outpatient pharmacy fills and dispenses prescriptions and over-the-counter medications for patients at Lutheran Medical Center and our physician network clinics. Our outpatient pharmacy is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, for medication questions and prescription pickup.

Specialty pharmacy services

If you have a prescription to treat a condition such as cancer or psoriasis that requires special administration, handling or monitoring, our specially trained pharmacists will work with you to manage every aspect of your care.

Request a prescription refill online

The MyChart Patient Portal allows you to quickly request prescription refills online, access your health information, schedule appointments and view lab results. MyChart is available 24/7 on a variety of devices — including your smartphone, tablet, laptop and home computer.

Pharmacy Residency Program

As a PGY1 residency program, we aim to provide residents with the confidence, education and skills necessary to further the field of pharmacy. This goal will be met through a wide variety of learning opportunities throughout the year.
