You want to do what you do best, care for patients. At SCL Health, we feel the same way. When you join our team as a physician or advanced practice professional, you get the benefit and support of a system to guide you through a changing healthcare environment while practicing autonomously and focusing on patient care.
Support when you need it most
From electronic medical record systems (EMR) to the ever-changing federal rules and regulations, it’s not always easy to practice medicine. At SCL Health, our physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are backed by a team of hundreds who help navigate the toughest challenges, making it easier for you to focus on care.
An innovative spirit
Because SCL Health has made innovation one of our top strategic priorities, our providers don’t get left behind. From online appointment scheduling to our patient portal, we’re making it easier for patients to see providers, and we’re making communications and processes more convenient for providers and patients alike. We’re focused on building a continuum of care that meets people where they are, not just in the hospital. Our focus is to provide the right care at the right place and at the right time.
Competitive salaries and benefits
Our physicians and advanced practice professionals play a valuable role, not just in our patients’ lives, but across our organization as a whole. You are leaders who help us drive improvements in quality and experience. We work to ensure that our contracts and benefits reflect the value you bring.
