How we monitor your heart’s rhythm
We use a variety of methods to monitor your heart’s activity, including:

- Implantable loop recorder – A device implanted under the skin to record and monitor heartbeats for up to two years.
- Tilt table testing – A table that lifts you from a lying position to a standing position while an electrocardiogram (ECG) measures how your heart rhythm responds as you change positions.
