Cancer Provider and Patient

About Us

At the Cancer Centers of Colorado Lutheran Medical Center - Radiation Oncology, we combine leading technology with personalized care plans to best our patients. Our board-certified radiation oncologists collaborate with medical and surgical oncologists, primary care physicians and other specialty physicians to create customized, coordinated care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for you or your loved ones.

Our oncology team works together to ensure exceptional care and treatment, while recognizing and addressing the personal challenges that may arise throughout your cancer journey. In addition, our patients have access to our team of oncology nurse navigators, dietitians, social workers, genetic counselors and clinical research experts.

Our team’s goal is to provide the highest quality of care for each patient. We prioritize attention to detail and involve patients in treatment decisions, thoroughly educating them on their diagnosis and treatment options, eliciting and taking into consideration their goals of care, and carefully explaining the details of their treatment. Dr. Carlson and Dr. Kemmis offer the most advanced treatments. They collaborate closely with multiple medical specialists and support staff to provide high quality, multidisciplinary care.
