This essential 6 week prenatal education series is about all things baby! We cover all the hot topics from pregnancy, to childbirth prep, to feeding your baby and early parenting. We encourage pregnant women and their birth support person to attend all six classes in the series, or you may choose to attend just the sessions that are important to you. Make sure to register for each individual class you want to attend.
You can choose to attend classes in person or join in the live class from the comfort of your own home via a virtual link that will be sent to each registrant via email.
Topics include:
- Anatomy and discomforts of pregnancy, when to call your provider
- Stages of labor, labor support, vaginal birth
- Pain management, interventions, cesarean birth
- Postpartum-the 4th trimester, tips from a physical therapist, car seats
- Breastfeeding
- Newborn care
When registering for the classes, you only have to register ONE parent. We will consider each registration to be both parents in attendance.
DIRECTIONS:
The Mansfield Center is located at the Yellowstone Medical Center West on the lower level. The front doors are located on the south west side of the building by the drive up circle and flag poles. Please feel free to park nearby in the valet lot open after 5 PM or in the garage at no cost.
