I have always had a passion to educate women about how and why our bodies work.  After the birth of my first child, my passion began to focus on a woman's journey to motherhood.  In 2018, I had the opportunity to begin teaching childbirth education classes.  My goal is to equip women with the knowledge, tools and techniques they can use to achieve their ideal birth.  I believe the more information an expecting mother has, the more confident she will be as she experiences the miracle of birth. It is an honor to meet each and every mother and be a small part of their story.
