What is labor? This class is for expectant moms and their partner as it will provide you with accurate information that will empower you and help you prepare for the birth of your new baby.  Certified instructors will cover the physical changes and discomforts of pregnancy, the labor and birth process, medications and interventions options that may be used during your labor.  How to utilize breathing and relaxation techniques to cope with your labor, the role of your support person, cesarean births, breastfeeding, routine newborn procedures and post-partum care. 

Special guest may include OB Physicians, Midwives and Pediatricians.
