Saint Joseph Hospital
Saint Joseph Hospital has resumed in-person Breastfeeding Successfully classes. All class participants are required to enter the front entrance of the hospital, have their temperature checked and wear a mask. We also offer online class options.
Our Breastfeeding Successfully class discusses the benefits of breastfeeding, how milk is produced, feeding techniques, breast pumps, nursing bras, breastfeeding products, milk storage, and how to avoid common problems. This class will help you get breastfeeding off to a good start and is most beneficial when moms-to-be attend with their partner or support person. This class will not go in depth about returning to work or setting up a pumping routine. Please consider joining us for our Returning to Work and Breastfeeding class for that information.
Please feel free to bring a snack and/or drink to class.
Saint Joseph Hospital is located on 19th and Downing. We offer complementary valet parking or free parking garage to our patients and guests.

If you cancel or change your registration prior to five business days before class begins, your registration fee will be refunded or transferred to another class. No refunds or transfers will be given after this time. If you miss your scheduled class, we are unable to refund or transfer funds.
We regret that in rare instances, classes may be canceled if we do not reach a minimum number of registrations. A full refund will be given if we must cancel your class.
Please note that email and phone inquiries will only be answered during our office hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.
