Yoga for Post Cancer Treatment

We are excited to offer a yoga program intended for those navigating or who have navigated the transition from treatment for cancer back into daily life.  This class will be taught for practitioners of all levels in collaboration with our social work colleagues in a small group setting.  Weekly classes will include opportunities to reflect, connect with others and practice embodiment and meditation through an accessible yoga practice.
