Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art that connects breathing and meditation with movement. Tai Chi can have many health benefits including decreased stress, increased balance and strength, improved overall health, and more.
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is approved by the CDC and proven to reduce fall risk.
This 1-hour class is appropriate for all ages, but may especially benefit you if you are:
- over age 65
- experience balance or strength issues
- have difficulty focusing and remembering
