Your chronic pain is as complex and unique as you are. In this class, you will learn more about how the medical, physical, and emotional aspects of your pain interact. You will also learn how to better manage these components of your pain, and once again to live your life more fully.

This class will teach you to:

• Put yourself back in control: Learn how to better respond to your pain
• Understand how your body and brain generate pain
• Increase confidence in your ability to do the things that are important to you
• Learn tools and strategies to help you manage pain during your daily activities and exercise


Melody Noe, PA-C
As a Physician Assistant, Melody has specialized in Spine Care, Neurosurgery, and Pain Management exclusively.
Melody enjoys engaging patients in this endeavor and experiencing the improvement and empowerment achieved when teaming up and employing a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach.

Sara Landgrave, PT, DPT
Sara Landgrave is a Physical Therapist who completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University in 2011. She has been practicing at Lutheran Spine Center for the past 4 years.

Elizabeth Ahlers, PsyD.
Dr. Elizabeth Ahlers is a licensed psychologist who treats adults with chronic health concerns, and specializes
in the treatment of adults coping with pain.

A referral from a Lutheran Spine Center Provider or a video intake visit is required for participation.

** Due to the COVID19 outbreak, we will be limiting our class size to allow for social distancing. Masks will be required at all times while inside the building.

Cancelation Policy: To cancel for a full refund, you must contact Lutheran Spine Center by the day before the second class.  After the start of the second class, refunds will no longer be offered **
