Who can participate?

All caregivers, as well as spouses and legally domiciled adult (LDA) dependents who are benefits eligible, whether covered by an Intermountain Health medical plan or not, are invited to join in on the fun! Participation is voluntary and completely confidential. Your experience will be personalized just for you!

How it works

Intermountain Health Peaks Region’s well-being program helps you develop healthy habits, like being more active, drinking more water, getting enough sleep, plus a whole lot more! Healthy habits like these deliver noticeable benefits like reducing your risk of certain diseases, increasing your focus, reducing your stress, and making you feel great!

Your rewards

In 2023, caregivers can earn up to $600 in rewards per year, and spouses/Legally Domiciled Adults (LDAs) can earn up to $400 in rewards per year.

By completing these simple actions, you can earn up to $200 annually to help cover your medical and Rx expenses.

Caregivers and Spouses/LDAs who are enrolled in the medical plan will receive Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) dollars. Caregivers who waived medical coverage will receive Pulse Cash.*
