SCL Health will make guest room reservations at the Grand Hyatt Vail in Vail, CO via rooming list, based on the arrival and departure date/s indicated below. BILLING: SCL Health will host lodging, in concurrence with the registrants’ programs, up to 3 nights for regional Ministry boards and care site presidents and up to 4 nights for the system Board, Sponsor and senior leadership. All pre/ post stays and incidentals will be personal costs and a credit card will be requested at check-in.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner group meal functions at the Grand Hyatt Vail are hosted by SCL Health for all registrants and spouses.
Networking Opportunities

In appreciation of the commitment of our volunteer board members, events have been planned to enable valuable networking opportunities and costs will be hosted by SCL Health. All directors, leadership and spouses are encouraged to take advantage of this offering. Box lunches will be available. Group shuttles will depart from the hotel in intervals starting at noon and all will return by 5:30 p.m.

This scheduling enables time to freshen up prior to the 6 p.m. Welcome Reception and dinner. Detailed information will be provided, based on selections below. In addition, the Grand Hyatt Vail offers world class spa experiences and reservations are needed. Exclusive discounts will be available for our group, should you be interested. Spa services and local shopping adventures are personally arranged and at personal cost. Vail shopping and other activity information will be available.

Based on resort and excursion vendor agreements, cancellations affect program plans and incur financial penalties. Should this need regretfully surface, notify Khadija Mohamed at or 303-813-5043 as soon as practicable.

Air and Ground Transportation

All air and ground transportation is arranged and paid for by the registrants and reimbursement subsequently requested via the registrant’s home board or care site in accordance with SCL Health travel policies.
