What is inpatient rehabilitation?

Inpatient rehabilitation refers to therapy services you receive during your hospital stay. Inpatient rehab is necessary when your condition requires care from experts from a variety of disciplines. Our rehab team includes physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and more. We design our inpatient rehab programs to improve your function and help you achieve a high level of independence. Upon your release from the hospital, you can be confident that you are on the road to recovery.

Rehabilitation care during your hospital stay

While you’re in the hospital, we tailor your rehabilitation plan and therapy sessions to your needs and goals. You can plan to be in therapy for an average of three hours per day for the duration of your stay or until your doctor says that therapy can end. Your unqiue therapy team will run all your sessions. Our goal is to have you leave our care with improved health and abilities for mobility, self-care, communication and leisure.
