Nicole Old Crow Recognized with Daisy Award

St. Vincent Healthcare is proud to recognize Nicole Old Crow with the DAISY award that celebrates nurses for their skillful and compassionate care.
Nicole was recognized for her excellent care by a family member of a recent patient.
The patient that nominated Nicole shared, “Nicole took care of my mom, after her spine surgery. She was amazing, hands down one of the best nurses at St. V’s and Billings, MT. Her calm and reassuring manner made our time in the hospital a lot better.”
“She went above and beyond while caring for my mom, and I bet she does that with all her patients. That is what makes a great nurse! I am truly grateful for her and the genuine care she provided!”
Thank you, Nicole, for providing exceptional care for our patients and their families.
The DAISY Award was established in 1999 by the DAISY Foundation in memory of J. Patrick Barnes, who died at 33 from an autoimmune disease. The Barnes family was impacted by the care and compassion of the nurses who cared for Patrick, so they created this international award to say ‘Thank you’ to nurses everywhere. The award honors and celebrates the skillful, compassionate care that nurses provide.
