No Community COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Holy Rosary Healthcare During Week of February 22

There will be no Community COVID-19 Vaccine clinics at Holy Rosary Healthcare this week. Due to the severe weather that has impacted the entire country, the Moderna Vaccine for this week’s community clinics have been delayed. Pending the receipt of the vaccine, we will focus on ensuring community members are fully vaccinated with their second dose and anticipate being able to administer first doses the week of March 8.

If you have an appointment for a second dose scheduled on Tuesday February 23, you will be notified by Holy Rosary Healthcare and rescheduled for Thursday March 4, 2021.

We appreciate the community’s understanding and patience as we administer the vaccine as safely and effectively as we can to our vaccine eligible community members.

Demand for COVID-19 vaccination continues to significantly outpace our community’s limited vaccine supply at this time. Although eventually we expect everyone in Phase 1A and 1B to be vaccinated, the number of people who can get vaccinated in the first days and weeks will be heavily dependent on the amount of vaccine available. We work closely with our state partners to understand the allocation and schedule for vaccine shipments each week, and we coordinate our vaccination plans and schedules based on the timing and amount of vaccine we receive, which can change week to week.
