Community COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Holy Rosary Healthcare Scheduled for Thursday, January 21

Beginning this week, the Custer County/Miles City Unified Command (OneHealth, Holy Rosary Healthcare and Billings Clinic) has expanded COVID-19 vaccination in Custer County to include those who are age 70 and older.

On Thursday, January 21, 2021 a Community COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic will be held at Holy Rosary Healthcare from 7:00a.m.-12:30p.m. Please enter through the main entrance.

To better serve the community, we are adding a phone line to assist patients in scheduling an appointment. Individuals interested in receiving the vaccine at Holy Rosary Healthcare during our Community COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic, should call 406-233-2500 for scheduling assistance. Due to the high volume of calls, you may experience a wait.

Patients may also schedule through MyChart. Visit MyChart.SCLHealth.org to create an account. Once the vaccine appointments are available, you will be able to schedule an appointment directly through MyChart.

Due to limited availability, no walk-in vaccinations will be given and individuals should bring photo identification and insurance information to their appointment. While there is no charge for the vaccine, an administration fee may be billed to insurance.

How to be prepared for the COVID-19 vaccine clinic:

  • Bring your insurance card
  • Bring your photo ID
  • Do not bring children with you
  • Wear a mask
  • You will need to be monitored/observed for 15 minutes after receiving your vaccination

Demand for COVID-19 vaccination continues to outpace supply at this time. Although eventually we expect everyone in Phase 1B to be vaccinated, the number of people who can get vaccinated in the first days and weeks will be heavily dependent on the amount of vaccine available.

We work closely with our state partners to understand the allocation and schedule for vaccine shipments each week, and we coordinate our vaccination plans and schedules based on the timing and amount of vaccine we receive, which can change week to week.

We ask for patience as we administer the vaccines as quickly and safely as we can over the coming weeks.
