Learn to cope with symptoms of mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance abuse concerns in our intensive outpatient program

The Intensive Outpatient program is designed for individuals who are experiencing co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns. The Intensive Outpatient program is a great way for individuals to continuing building on work they have done in residential treatment or to find increased support in recovery while still being able to work and honor other commitments. This allows patients to stay connected with loved ones and their community, while providing the safety and support they need to manage their recovery.

This twelve week group therapy program focuses on improving daily coping skills, increasing distress tolerance, and enhancing individual self-respect. Intensive Outpatient program patients receive case management support which includes coordination with outpatient providers, individual check-ins, and discharge planning. Family meetings are available and resources for family support and education are provided.

This program is a highly effective treatment for:

  • Depression
  • Bi-polar disorder
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Personality disorders
  • Co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns

We promote healing and personal growth by practicing a variety of evidenced-based treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Techniques such as mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation are taught. Research shows proven success with patients who are motivated to change and improve their quality of life.

The program meets three times per week, for three hours per day, for twelve weeks. Please contact the clinic for schedule and enrollment information.
