VISITATION GUIDELINES

Visiting Hours: 6am - 8pm. No overnight visitors. Some exceptions may apply.

FOR PATIENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE OR ARE NOT SUSPECTED OF HAVING COVID-19

Patients in the ICU and Emergency Department may have:

• Up to two visitors during regular visiting hours (visitors can rotate throughout the day)
• No children under 12

Patients in the Center for Women and Infants may have:

• Support person(s) are allowed during labor, delivery and through discharge any time of the day or night
• All visitors are welcome, including children under 12, during regular visiting hours
• Siblings may visit any time during regular visitor hours
• A doula and a birth photographer may be present during labor and delivery 

NICU visiting hours 8am - 8pm. No overnight visitors. Some exceptions may apply.

Patients in the NICU may have:

• The mother and one other designated support person any time of the day or night
• A total of up to four people in the room at one time, including rooms with twins and other multiples; parents and siblings count toward the four-visitor limit
• Siblings of any age as long as they are healthy
• No other children under 18

Patients in all other units may have:

• Up to four visitors at a time during regular visiting hours (visitors can rotate throughout the day)
• No children under 12

FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE SUSPECTED OF OR BEING TREATED FOR COVID-19

Patients in the ICU, Emergency Department and all other units may have:

• Up to two visitors at a time during regular visiting hours (visitors can rotate throughout the day)
• No children under 12

Patients in the Center for Women and Infants may have:

• One designated support person during labor, delivery and through discharge any time of the day or night

Patients in the NICU may have:

• The mother and one other designated support person (If not currently ill with COVID-19) any time during the day or night
• No children under 18

All visitors must:

• Check in at the Welcome Desk when they arrive
• Check out at the Welcome Desk when they leave before the next visitors are allowed
• Wear a mask at all times while in the hospital

If visiting COVID-19 positive or suspected patients, visitors must comply with full PPE requirements and may be asked to leave the patient’s room during some high-risk procedures to ensure their safety.
