We know the patient and families have the best insight into how well we're providing care. Your perspective helps us acheive higher goals for quality of care and patient experience.
Our patient and family advisory councils, or partnership councils, are forums where your voice is heard. We work to truly incorporate the your voice and your families voice in the way care is provided.
The Patient Partnership Council at Platte Valley Medical Center was established in 2013 as a forum to work with our patients to truly incorporate the patients’ voice in the way care is provided at PVMC. Since its inception this committee has provided invaluable feedback in numerous initiatives that promote patient-centered care.
In 2014, the Patient Partnership Council at PVMC was recognized with the Spirit of Planetree Excellence in Teamwork Award at the Planetree International Conference in Boston, Massachusetts.
