Sleep disorders are usually diagnosed through a painless series of tests while you sleep, known as a sleep study. If you’d like to know if a sleep study is right for you, download our Epworth Sleep Scale Questionnaire now.

Comfortable care

When you have a sleep study with us you will have your own, private hotel-like room with your own bathroom and shower. Our sleep lab is in Suite 250 of Medical Plaza 1 on our campus and connected to our full-service hospital. Many of our overnight studies are done in one night so you can take comfort knowing you won’t have to be away from your own bed for two nights.

Sleep apnea

If you snore or are sleepy and irritable during the day, you might have sleep apnea, the most common sleep disorder. A sleep study can diagnose sleep apnea and set up therapy called continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) to improve airflow while you sleep.

Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP)

People who have sleep apnea report that CPAP masks and machines provide life-changing relief from grogginess and fatigue. Our sleep specialists will help you fit, adjust and use your CPAP device so you feel rested, energized and ready for the day. Come to us any time if you have questions about your CPAP equipment.
