Inpatient Pediatric Care at Lutheran Medical Center
Our team of nurses and doctors provide high-quality pediatric care for children with certain illnesses up to 18 years of age.
The Children’s Place Pediatric Unit
No parent wants their child to be in the hospital. But if yours does need to stay overnight for treatment, the pediatric team at Lutheran Medical Center partners with you to care for your child with compassion and expertise.
Our pediatric unit, The Children’s Place, located on the third floor of the Women and Family Pavilion, is staffed by trained pediatric nurses, doctors and therapists. If your child needs a higher level of care, we transfer our patients to The Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
Our pediatric unit includes kid-friendly decor, in-room TV and video games to make your child comfortable and to help take their minds off of their illness or injury. We also provide free WiFi, a family lounge, kid friendly menu and sleeping accommodations for a parent or guardian.
