Medical Exercise

Staying fit is essential to maintaining your health. With our medical exercise program, you’ll find the support you need to live a healthy life after you leave our care.

What is medical exercise?

Medical exercise is a supervised and customized exercise program. Designed to help you transition from rehab to independent exercise, we help patients who have musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological or metabolic concerns.

Medical exercise is a good choice for you if you have benefited from rehabilitation but aren’t ready to maintain your fitness routine alone. Exercise physiologists work with you and your doctors to create a plan that meets your needs and goals.

Often times you need a referral to a medical exercise professional after you complete your rehab. This referral will detail how the fitness program should be tailored to your particular medical condition.

Supervised exercise to restore health and confidence

Your exercise program begins with monitored exercise sessions while you build confidence in your routine. Once you become comfortable, you’ll be able to perform your program alone. Our experts will always be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Medical exercise programs are suitable for a range of conditions. You might benefit from a medical exercise program if you’re living with:
