What to know before your visit
If you're pregnant, save time by pre-registering online three weeks before your due date. Call 406-233-2600 if you have questions about hospital pre-registration.

When you are admitted to Holy Rosary Healthcare, please bring:
- The medications you’re currently taking, including notes on the dose and frequency. Your medical condition may not allow you to take certain medications, even those you usually take every day. Your doctor will decide which medications you need while you are here.
- Picture identification, such as a driver's license, state ID card or passport.
- Your insurance card.
- Personal items to make your hospital room feel more like home, such as one or two small framed pictures, a pillow or throw, your slippers and robe. You are welcome to bring electric razors, toiletries and radios.
Please do not bring valuables (if you do, they will be stored in a safe for safekeeping) or pocket knives or weapons.
Visiting Holy Rosary Healthcare
Due to COVID-19, we have visitor restrictions in place.
Most patients welcome and encourage visitors. Visiting hours are open, but please check with the front desk if you plan to visit outside of normal daytime hours to make sure the visit is okay with the patient’s care team.
We provide a smoke-free campus, inside and outside, for our patients, guests and employees.
Open communication
We encourage you to be involved in your healthcare. Feel free to ask any member of your healthcare team questions such as:
- What is your name?
- What role do you play on my healthcare team?
- What is the medication you are giving me and what is it for?
- What can I expect during this procedure?
- What will this procedure tell you and why is that important?
- What is my diagnosis?
- What plan of care do you recommend for me?

Personal attention from your care team
You are in the hands of expert caregivers and in the hearts of people healing people throughout our hospital. Along with your doctors and nurses, your clinical care team may include a case manager, social worker, pharmacist and therapist.
