What we offer

Walk-in care is open for patients who suffer from:

  • Acute illness
  • Acute infections
  • Influenza – Influenza (or flu) is a highly contagious viral respiratory tract infection. About 5% to 20% of people in the U.S. get the flu each year. Influenza usually comes on abruptly, with fever, muscle aches, sore throat, and a nonproductive cough. The most common form is Influenza A.

  • Sinus infections – Also called sinusitis is an infection of the sinuses near the nose. These infections usually occur after a cold or after an allergic inflammation.

  • Sore throats - Although many people assume that a sore throat means strep throat, most sore throats are not strep.
  • Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) - Urinary tract infections describe a health problem that results from a bacterial infection along the urinary tract. An infection occurs when microorganisms, usually bacteria from the digestive tract, cling to the opening of the urethra, travel up into the bladder and/or kidney, and begin to multiply.

  • Acute injury
  • Broken bones - A fracture is a partial or complete break in the bone. When a fracture occurs, it is classified as either open or closed

  • Lacerations - A laceration is tear or opening in the skin caused by an injury. Lacerations may be small, and need only minor treatment at home, or may be large enough to require emergency medical care.
  • Sprains - A sprain is a wrenching or twisting injury or tear to a ligament. Sprains often affect the ankles, knees, or wrists.
