What to Expect During Rehabilitation

With rehabilitation, we put your healing and recovery back in your control. From start to finish, we’ll help you establish goals and a plan to get you back to your routine and your life as soon as possible.

Your goals. Your plan. Your life.

No matter your condition, age or aspirations, our therapists will work with you and your loved ones to create a customized rehabilitation plan. We work with you to set goals you care about and develop a recovery plan to return you to what you love. Once you’re back to the life you want, we give you the tools to maintain your independence.

Before, during and after rehabilitation

Your rehab journey starts with education and tours or visits, if needed, to make sure you’re comfortable with what’s to come. In many cases, we offer “prehabilitation,” proactive therapy that prepares you for certain surgeries.

During rehabilitation, you’ll have plenty of one-on-one time with your therapists, who will adjust your program based on your needs, preferences and progress.

Once you finish rehab, we’ll help get you into a medical exercise or independent fitness program so you can continue using the tools essential to living a full, independent life. Throughout your care, we’ll collaborate with your doctor, family members and others in your support system to make sure you have a coordinated support network.

Working with your insurance

While each condition and insurance plan is different, most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, cover rehabilitation services. We’ll work with you and your insurance provider to answer specific insurance questions.
