Good Samaritan Medical Center

Trauma Prevention and Preparation

Good Samaritan Medical Center promotes a culture of safety and trauma awareness in our local community by partnering with residents, community organizations, and healthcare providers to understand how injuries happen and how to prevent them. As a Trauma Center, we see many injuries as a result of a fall, motor vehicle collision, bicycle or pedestrian collision, or act of violence. Our Injury Prevention Programs provide evidence-based resources and education to the community to help prevent life-changing injuries or death.

What is an Injury Prevention Program?

Our injury prevention programs provide resources and education to the community to help prevent life-changing injuries or death in topics such as:

  • Fall prevention
  • Motor Vehicle Safety
  • Brain Injury Prevention
  • First Aid/Emergency Prevention
Please contact the Injury Prevention, Outreach & Education Coordinator at 303-689-4623 for more information on any of our injury prevention services.
