Dr. Morrison received her medical degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed residency training in family practice at the University of Massachusetts. She is board certified in family medicine and is a Level II Accredited physician with the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. Dr. Morrison believes that the cornerstone of good medicine involves a trusting and respectful relationship between patients and physicians, and it is those relationships that continue to make her profession so enjoyable.
After residency she and her husband moved to Bethel, Alaska to serve the Yupik Eskimo population through the Indian Health Service. After working 10 years with the Indian Health Service, Dr. Morrison went to Washington State and the Yakama Indian Reservation. After the birth of their three daughters, she and her husband returned to Colorado.
