“Caring for patients with cardiovascular disease means I get to have a long-term relationship with my patients. Every day work is different. I get to spend time in both the hospital and the clinic, as well as looking at imaging studies and doing procedures. We are making great strides in cardiovascular care and there are always new innovations to improve patient care.”
When not at work, Dr. Hesterberg enjoys gardening, hiking, camping and snowshoeing.
