What does labor look like? In this fast paced one day class, expectant moms and their partners can learn about the labor and birth process. How to use breathing and relaxation techniques as coping tools, the role of the support person, newborn procedures and post-partum care.

You and your support person are REQUIRED to wear a mask at all times! For the health and safety of others, If either of you are experiencing symptoms or have any illness PLEASE DO NOT attend class. Please try to maintain social distancing with others while in class

Class starts promptly at 9am so please allow time for parking etc. Please feel bring to bring drink/snack. Breastfeeding 123 is free of charge when you attend this class so call (970) 298-2229 to get registered! Class is held on the 5th floor of the hospital, park in garage and take Monument Elevators to 5th floor. All cancellations must be done 72HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS DATE in order to receive full refund. Classes are subject to cancellation or date change due to low registrants/weather you will be moved to another date or a full refund.
