This class is great for you and your support person to attend you will review the birth process, breathing patterns, relaxation techniques, ask questions and learn whats new at St.Mary's Hospital that may be part of your birth experience.
**DIE TO COVID-19 In order to attend the class the following guidelines must be followed
You and your support person must wear a mask when entering and at all times in the hospital
You and your support person will be screened upon entering the hospital (Temperature taken) If either are you are experiencing any symptoms, PLEASE do not attend class
You must maintain social distancing of 6 feet at all times with others attending the class
We appreciate your understanding with this as we look forward to having you attend our class so that we can help prepare your for your upcoming labor and birth!
Cancellations MUST BE DONE 72HRS PRIOR to class start date, in order to receive full refund. Classes may be cancelled if not enough registrants to hold class OR due to weather. In that event you will be moved to another class date or a full refund will be given. Classes held in the St.Mary 5th Floor, park in garage and enter hospital and take Monument Elevators to 5th floor.
