**DUE TO COVID-19 The following must be followed in order to attend class
You and your support person must wear a mask when entering the hospital and at all times while in the hospital
You and your support person will be screened prior to entering (Temperature taken) If either of you are experiencing any symptoms PLEASE do not attend class
You must maintain social distancing of 6 feet at all times with other attendees while in class

What is labor? This class is for expectant moms and their partner as it will provide you with accurate information that will empower you and help you prepare for the birth of your new baby. Certified instructors will cover the physical changes and discomforts of pregnancy, the labor and birth process, medications and interventions options that may be used during your labor. How to utilize breathing and relaxation techniques to cope with your labor, the role of your support person, cesarean births, breastfeeding, routine newborn procedures and post-partum care. Special guest may include OB Physicians, Midwives and Pediatricians.
