Postpartum Pelvic Floor and Exercise Class

Congratulations, your baby is here!  Now, what about you?

Saint Joseph Hospital Therapy Services Department would like to introduce a virtual postpartum exercise program.  Our physical therapists combine their knowledge of exercise science, yoga, Pilates, and resistance training to create this postpartum tailored class.  We will accommodate your needs and modify exercise to your desired intensity and skill level.  This class focuses on core stability, postural enhancement, and retraining the pelvic floor.

Come get fit with us!  Virtual classes are every Thursday from 10:00-11:00am.  Please contact the Lactation and Education Center with any questions.  Note that email and phone inquiries will only be answered during our office hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.
