Infant and Child CPR & Safety

This is the American Heart Association course CPR for Family and Friends (Infant and Child).  Class will cover CPR/Choking for infants from birth to 1 year of age and CPR/Choking for a child up to 8 years of age.  Learn how to respond to a choking baby/child and perform CPR.  Additional information about home safety will be covered as well.  This class is recommended for anyone living with or caring for infants and young children.  This class does not provide CPR certification.  This class is skill based only. 

Children should not attend this class. Feel free to bring your own snacks and/or drinks to class if desired.   Please wear comfortable clothing, you may be practicing your CPR skills on the floor.

Saint Joseph Hospital is located on 19th and Downing.  We offer complementary valet parking (closes at 9:30pm) or free parking garage to our patients and guests.

If you cancel or change your registration prior to five business days before class begins, your registration fee will be refunded or transferred to another class.  No refunds or transfers will be given after this time.  If you miss your scheduled class, we are unable to refund or transfer funds.

We regret that in rare instances, classes may be canceled if we do not reach a minimum number of registrations.  A full refund will be given if we must cancel your class.
