Saint Joseph Hospital will be hosting in-person Breastfeeding Support Groups, dates and times listed below. Please make sure to register to attend our group, we are limited to 15 moms. Check-in and first baby weight begins at 1:15pm for our Thursday group (group round-table begins at 1:30pm) and 9:15am for our Monday groups (group round-table begins at 9:30am).

Saint Joseph Hospital also offers our Virtual Breastfeeding & Beyond Birth Support Group every Tuesday morning beginning at 9:30am. Our Breastfeeding Support Group will meet from 9:30-10:00am. Stay on and join us for our Beyond Birth Support Group from 10:00-11:00am. Our nurse Jessica will lead the group each week with a new topic and guest speakers. Guest speakers shares their expertise in things like maternal mental health, infant massage, financial planning, baby led weaning, infant sleep, emotional wellness and much much more.
