Babycare Express

Our Babycare Express class will help prepare from the moment your baby is born and through the first few weeks at home.  The class covers all the basics, such as swaddling, diapering and bathing your newborn; as well as recognizing signs and symptoms of illness, crying and comforting techniques and how to keep your baby safe.  We also Online Understanding Your Newborn eClass.

Please feel free to bring a snack and/or drink to class.

Saint Joseph Hospital is located on 19th and Downing.  We offer complementary valet parking (closes at 9:30pm) or free parking garage to our patients and guests.

In the event of bad weather (such as a snowstorm), an email will be sent out notifying you regarding class cancellation or you can call The Lactation and Education Center voicemail at 303-812-4640 one hour prior to the start of your class.

If you cancel or change your registration prior to five business days before class begins, your registration fee will be refunded or transferred to another class.  No refunds or transfers will be given after this time.  If you miss your scheduled class, we are unable to refund or transfer funds.

We regret that in rare instances, classes may be canceled if we do not reach a minimum number of registrations.  A full refund will be given if we must cancel your class.
