Breastfeeding Basics

Due to COVID-19 concerns, this class will be held virtually until further notice. Your instructor will contact you with course materials and login information.  

Please have a flexible baby doll or stuffed animal to use during the practice session of the class.

Successfully learn the basics of breastfeeding, such as positioning, latching on, nipple care, and breast milk supply in this class. Taught by a certified lactation consultant, we will discuss how the breastfeeding person can incorporate returning to work while breastfeeding. Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Your support is essential to successful breastfeeding.
