Birth Basics Express

Due to COVID-19 concerns, this class will be held virtually until further notice. Your instructor will contact you with course materials and login information.  Because we have materials to mail you, register for class At Least 8 Days Before the class. 

This one-day express class is designed to acquaint you and your partner with the labor and birthing process. Relaxation, breathing patterns, comfort positions and techniques for natural labor and birth are reviewed. Please have pillows available at home for class. Labor and pain management options are reviewed. Warning signs of pregnancy are discussed
