Due to rising COVID-19 concerns, our support groups have been temporarily suspended until further notice. If you are interested in attending a virtual support group or have questions, please contact our Lactation Consultants at 303-425-2286.
Are you looking to find more support during the postpartum period and beyond? Come to the Parenting and Baby Feeding Group and learn what the 4th trimester is all about.
We are not meant to parent in isolation, we are designed to come together. At this welcoming, non-judgmental group you will build a unique support system as you start
your journey into parenthood. This support system can help you navigate, survive and even thrive during this challenging and rewarding time in you and your baby’s life.
Come exactly as you are – arrive late or on time, showered or un-showered, and with or without any questions or concerns. This group will help you manage your relationship
now that baby makes 3, discuss feeding by bottle or breast and newborn development concerns, and speak with a trained therapist about keeping your identity, mood support
and other parental concerns. All babies and parents welcomed.
When: Mondays, 4:00-5:15 p.m.
Group Leaders: Heather Harris, BSN, IBCLC, Sue Lang, RN, IBCLC.
Each week will have an additional couples therapist which includes: Lana Isaacson LCSW, CAC III; Amy Wheeler M.A., LPC; Brittni Fudge M.A., LPC, NCC; and Shelly King, MA, LPC
