Offered At:

Lutheran Medical Center

Looking to wow your friends at gatherings this summer? Putting together a delicious and beautiful meat and cheese display, also known as a charcuterie board, is a useful skill to have for any occasion!

Join Lauren Grier, food blogger with Climbing Grier Mountain and creator of Modern Comfort Cooking, for a charcuterie board class featuring meats courtesy of il porcellino salumi on Tennyson Street, cheeses, fun accouterments, and a spattering of nutritional tips too. During this class you’ll get tips on how to select the perfect items for your board, how to arrange them, nutritional pointers, as well as how to take an Instagram-worthy photo when you’re done! This step-by-step, hands-on class will give you the confidence to entertain!
